With the adoption of a "Red Flag" policy for identity theft protection, there is certain information we need before we can provide water service. Please review our Requirement list so you know what information we are requesting before trying to establish or re-establish existing water service.Once you have the required information complete a Water/Sewer Contract [PDF] and a Third Party Authorization Form then submit the completed forms, the deposit payment, credit application fee and processing fee to:
Deposits are determined based on the credit score returned to us by our credit company. If you choose not to be screened the maximum deposit will be required. A $5.00 fee is charged per applicant screened.
A twenty-dollar ($20.00) turn on fee will be charged for new water service with the exception of new connections and delinquent reinstatements. New water connections are those for which a new or used meter is placed for a new consumer.
Your water will be turned on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
